1. Sales Final: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Our products are made to order, thus when we queue up an item for print, we are already at a cost. Due to the custom nature of ourĀ businessĀ and the time-sensitive print process, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. We kindly ask you to review your order details carefully before placing it.
2. Non-Refundable Custom Work: If you've requested a custom design or modification, please ensure that all requirements are clear at the time of ordering. As these items are made specifically for your request, they cannot be returned or refunded after production has begun. Use the Contact Us page in order to reach out if you need assistance in determining if what you are trying to do is achievable.
3. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Shipping: Returns are not accepted due to our commitment to maintaining an efficient print queue and ensuring timely delivery to all customers. We don't print stockpiles of these transfers or apparel containing a transfer image. Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.
