Product colors may vary from photo due to device display capabilities and monitor settings. Please be aware of this before purchase as we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for our products. We attempt to replicate them exactly as they were intended but cannot determine how things look from the specific capabilities of the device you are viewing from. We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you are using the correct material, color, and press settings prior to pressing your transfer.
In regard to trademarks, copyrights and other acts of infringement, please consider the following:
1. User-Uploaded Content: Our platform allows customers to upload their original artwork or images for the purpose of creating custom DTF transfers. As a marketplace, we do not claim ownership over user-submitted content and assume that all such material is either in the public domain or used with proper permissions from copyright holders. However, it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they have the necessary rights to upload their content for use on DTF transfers.
2. Third-Party Artwork: We source a variety of designs and artwork from third-party providers, including royalty-free images, illustrations, and other creative assets. While we take reasonable precautions in selecting our content suppliers, it is possible that some materials may be protected by copyright or trademark laws without our knowledge.
3. Liability Statement: DTF Reaper cannot guarantee the originality of every design or artwork available on our platform. We encourage anyone who believes their intellectual property rights have been violated to contact us immediately at using our Contact page. Upon receiving a valid copyright or trademark infringement claim, we will promptly review and remove any content found to be in violation from our website.
4. User Responsibility: By using DTF Reaper services for custom DTF transfers, you agree that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use your uploaded designs and images without infringing on the intellectual property of others. In case of any disputes related to copyrights or trademarks, you must defend and hold DTF Reaper harmless from all claims arising out of such disputes.
Again, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringment, we do not support it under any circumstances and maintain our site in good faith that our suppliers consider the same. Please use the Contact Us page if you believe we have hosted a graphic for which you have rights.
